I don’t know about you, but some days I feel like I lack motivation to do anything. I feel like I am stuck in my daily grind and can’t get stuff done. Is any one else like this? I just assume everyone is Superman/woman. They go to work and then goes home, completes housework, cooking, going to the gym and also goes out on outings. And here I am on the struggle bus, going to work, hitting up the gym sometimes, knocking out an occasional chore then I try to get everything done on the weekend and then I feel like my weekend is gone. Supermen and Superwomen, tell me what are your secrets?
Anyways I am trying to be a more motivated adult and here are my monthly goals to keep myself accountable and hopefully sane.
- Go to work everyday in March
- Work out at least 3x a week
- Prep lunch every night before work
- Meditate for at least five minutes a day
- Complete laundry during the week
- Clean room during the week
- Create a blog post at least once a week
I may add a few things, but I think this is a nice start. One day I promise myself I will be a fully functioning, motivated adult! I am also going to try and start really using my agenda, its by Sugar Paper, which can be found at Target!
