Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe

My boyfriend is a connoisseur of dips (cheese, hummus, salsa, buffalo dip, you name it). My family finds its quite hilarious and amusing to watch.
So, I’ve decided to share my spinach and artichoke dip recipe with you. This dip has been a hit with my family and friends. It’s easy, delicious, and can feed an army. You could easily stuff the dip in a bread bowl to make a beautiful display at your next party.

Those of you who are health conscious, feel free to sub some of the ingredients with fat-free ingredients. You could also use Greek yogurt instead of mayo and sour cream. Water chestnuts would also be a great addition.

10oz chopped frozen spinach, de-thawed

14oz of artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

2 cups of Parmesan cheese

1 cup of cream cheese

1/3 of mayo

2/3 sour cream

2 teaspoons of garlic, minced (if you like it extra garlicky add an additional teaspoon)
Set oven to 375 degrees. Combine Parmesan, spinach and artichokes in a dish. Take remaining ingredients, mix together and then add to the spinach and artichoke mixture. Mix all of the ingredients in a oven safe dish, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Bon appetite!

*P.S I promise one of these days my photographs will be a lot better, I’m just an amateur.
