Parmesan-Lemon Pasta  

Pasta, I love it in all its different shapes, sizes, and variations. You can dressit up or dress it down. Make it light, make it heavy. You can make a decadent meal or a budget friendly meal, pasta is the ultimate comfort food.

Tonight I wanted a simple, but flavorful meal. I took lemon juice, olive oil, cracked black pepper, sea salt, parmesan cheese, and angel hair pasta to make a flavorsome meal.

These pictures don’t do this meal any justice, but the flavor combinations were so fresh, light, and satisfying. You could easily add some chicken or shrimp for protein.

Boil pasta of your choosing, once it’s finished drain the pasta. I didn’t measure out any of the ingredients, but I had about one and a half servings of pasta. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Garnish heavily with pepper, salt and parmesan. Mix the pasta and bon appetite!
